The completion of an inquiry form registers you in our system so that we can communicate with you throughout the Admissions process and share important upcoming dates. This important step will also prompt our database to have you sign up for a school tour.

Step 4: Previous School Records and Teacher Recommendation

All previous school records, evaluations, and testing results must be received in order for an application to be considered complete. A teacher recommendation form, commonly referred to as an AISNE, is also required as part of your child’s application. AISNEs are confidential and should be submitted directly to Wellan from your child’s current school. They may be emailed to admissions@wellan.org (mailto:admissions@wellan.org)or sent via USPS.

Question 5

Step 5: Student Interview

Student Interviews will be scheduled throughout the months of January and February following the submission of an application and all other necessary paperwork. When your student’s application file is complete, Wellan will contact you to schedule a visit.

Step 6: Classroom Observations

Observations will be hosted in person during the month of February following the submission of an application. This parent-only observation will be aligned with the time your child conducts their student interview.
