An inspiring, rewarding place to work.

STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

Wellan’s Board of Trustees focuses its long term planning on seven Strategic Priorities. Importantly, two priorities are woven into the other five. As a school, we commit to prioritizing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Anti-Racism and Health, Safety, & Wellness not only in our curriculum but in all areas of our work.
