DATES & DEADLINES

Rolling Decision Timeline for Beginner (15m - 3y) & Primary (3 - 6y) Divisions
October – May | 1:1 Conversation with the Admissions Team (In-person or Virtual), School Tour, Classroom Observation for Parents |
October – May | Candidate Visit (Following Submission of Completed Application) |
October – May | Admissions Decision Notification Sent via Email Note: Wellan’s Admissions Committee meets at the end of each month to review completed applications. |
Two weeks after Admissions Decision Notification received | Enrollment Contracts and Deposit Due Note: Unless there are current openings, all candidates will be considered for enrollment in September of the following academic year. |
Admissions for our Beginner and Primary programs follow a rolling timeline. Once a candidate has completed all required application steps, their file will be reviewed on a monthly basis by our Admissions Committee. Admissions decisions will be shared following each review cycle.
Unless there are current openings, all candidates will be considered for admission for the 2026-2027 school year.
Elementary (Grade 1-6) & Middle School (Grade 7-8) - Standard Admissions Cycle

For most applicants to Elementary and Middle School, the admissions process follows this timeline:
